Speaking at a press conference to herald the new office, the founding partner of the firm, Mr.Olisa Agbakoba said the establishment of the centre is born out of the desire to assist concerned parties get desired justice as quick as possible, noting that there is need to increase the level of awareness among Nigerians particularly with regards to using ADR as the first point of call rather than last resort. He said the centre was set up to address large number of commercial dispute, which have been in the court stating that with the ADR centre now in place, more litigation cases would begin to get the benefit of speedy trial.
